A Butler man has been accused of stealing a gun from a Lyndora home earlier this month.
On July 9, the victim reported a gun that was stolen from their home on the 500 block of Hansen Avenue.
During the investigation, Butler Township Police accused 41-year-old Tyler Smith of stealing the gun.
Smith has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property. He’s awaiting a preliminary hearing.
