A Lyndora man accused of offering a minor money for sexual act waived his preliminary hearing.
55-year-old Bernard Godfrey is accused of offering a 10-year-old child money for sex on July 16 on the 200 block of Penn Avenue.
On Thursday, Godfrey waived his preliminary hearing and the case will now move to the Court of Common Pleas.
The Godfrey has been charged with indecent assault of a person less than 16, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault of a person less than 13, corruption of minors, and public drunkenness.
He’s currently in the Butler County Prison on $350,000 bond.
