A Mercer County woman is suing Taco Bell claiming she was hospitalized after eating their food earlier this year.
Heather Kebert filed the suit saying an Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker she ate at a Meadville Taco Bell led to a severe case of diarrhea.
The meal contained lettuce that has been linked to the nationwide cyclosporiasis outbreak, which has hospitalized thousands.
An attorney representing Kebert said “we intend to determine how the lettuce became contaminated and what steps Taco Bell and Taylor Farms can take to help ensure this never happens again.”
