With a summer of fun for people in local pools wrapping up, it’s now time for the dogs to enjoy the water.
On Sunday, the annual Alameda Waterpark Dog Swim is set for the Alameda pool from noon until 3 p.m.
The cost is $10 per dog and participants must have a copy of the dog’s current vaccination record. Also, dogs under six months old are not permitted.
Registration for the Alameda event can be done online on the park’s website.
