At the Little League World Series:
–The team from Hamilton, Ohio has reached the United States final and will meet Nevada Saturday. Ohio ousted Iowa 7-1 early Thursday. The U.S. final begins tomorrow at 3:30pm.
–Japan eliminated Nicaragua 4-1 to reach the International final Saturday against Curacao. That game will begin at 12:30pm in Williamsport.
The third-place game will begin at 10am Sunday morning matching up the losers of Saturday’s games. The overall Little League World Series championship game begins Sunday at 3pm.
