A new court filing in a suit against Slippery Rock School District officials is now seeking information from a local Facebook group.
Attorneys for Dr. Kristie Shulsky have submitted two new subpoenas. One to the Slippery Rock School District starting in July 2014 to the present.
The second to the Facebook group “Families of Slippery Rock School District” starting in April 2024 to the present. This includes any communication in the Facebook group about Shulsky’s firing to rehiring and ongoing litigation.
The suit stems from an April 2024 incident when Shulsky, who was the principal at Moraine Elementary School, was accused of coming into work under the influence. She has denied this claim and after being fired after the alleged incident, the school board was ordered by the courts to place her back at her position as principal.
