A Butler man has been placed in the Butler County Prison after being accused of raping a minor for over 100 times in five years.
The victim reported the rapes in May of 2025 and said it started when she was nine years old in Butler City.
The victim accused 23-year-old Joshua Driskell of raping her at her home, a family member’s home, and a family camper.
According to charging documents, Driskell was 15-years-old when the assault began when he forced himself onto the young child.
On Thursday, Driskell was charged with rape of a child, involuntary sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age, corruption of minors, and indecent exposure.
Bail was set at $75,000 and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for September 28.
