The fatal crash involving two tractor trailers on I-80 in Mercer County yesterday is now being ruled a homicide.
The accident happened in the westbound lanes near the I-79 interchange.
Police say a tractor trailer driven by 66-year-old Garry Jones of New Jersey was hit by another vehicle and went off the highway, causing it to rollover. Jones was pronounced dead at the scene.
His death is being ruled a homicide.
The circumstances behind the crash are still under investigation by state police.
