A Butler woman has been accused of unlawful contact with a minor she worked with at a Cranberry Township restaurant earlier this year.
The incidents happened between July 12 to 17 at an unnamed restaurant when 27-year-old Carly Grealish allegedly made sexual contact with a 15-year-old boy she worked with at the restaurant.
According to charging documents, Grealish is accused of reaching into the victims’ pants and fondling the victim in the walk-in cooler. Grealish is also accused of kissing the victim and showing nude photographs of herself to the victim.
Grealish admitted to police to taking part in the sexual activity but denies initiating or consenting.
Grealish has been charged with unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and indecent assault without consent.
A preliminary hearing date has not been scheduled.
