Flu season is fast approaching and VA Butler Healthcare is offering help to local veterans.
A series of September Flu Clinics begins on Wednesday, Sept 19 from 7:30 a.m. to noon in the Second Floor Lobby of the new VA Butler Health Care Center on North Duffy Road.
Veterans can receive a flu vaccine from their VA provider or vets not enrolled will be covered if they bring a copy of their military discharge or DD214.
Additional clinics will be offered Friday, September 29th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the American Legion Post 778 as well as a mobile clinic making stops at BC3, the Butler County Courthouse, and Penn United on Monday, October 9th. A second clinic will be held at the new Health Care Center Thursday, October 12th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. A clinic is planned for the Cranberry Township VA Outpatient Clinic Wednesday, October 25th from 8 a.m. to noon. A third clinic at the new Health Care Center is scheduled for Friday, November 3rd from 5 to 8 p.m.
