Gladys Marie McCleary Holochuk, 95, of Butler, Pennsylvania, passed away on December 24, 2017 at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born January 1, 1922 in Highland Twp., Pennsylvania to the late William D. McCleary and the late Sylvia F. Reaghart McCleary.
Gladys worked for many years as a Clerk for K Mart in Butler. She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. Gladys enjoyed traveling on bus trips and fishing.
She is survived by her son, Keith (Carol) Holochuk of West Sunbury, PA; two daughters, Sandra Cotten of Butler, PA, and Debra Welch of Fenelton, PA; six grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Adam Holochuk, whom she married on September 18, 1946 and who passed away on June 18, 1987; an infant sibling; four sisters; and two brothers.
Per her wishes, there will be no public visitation.
At the convenience of the family, a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Private burial will take place in the Greenlawn Burial Estates.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Donor’s charity of choice.
