The Pittsburgh Steelers will host the Jacksonville Jaguars in the AFC Divisional Playoff round this Sunday at Heinz Field. Jacksonville defeated Buffalo 10-3 in the Wild Card round Sunday. Kick-off is 1:05pm at Heinz Field. Other NFL playoff games from the weekend:
–Tennessee will visit New England Saturday night after eliminating the Kansas City Chiefs 22-21 over the weekend. Kick-off will be 8:15pm at Gillette Stadium.
–New Orleans defeated Carolina 31-26. The Saints will travel to Minnesota Sunday at 4:40pm for an NFC Divisional round game.
–Atlanta will visit Philadelphia Saturday afternoon at 4:35pm in the other NFC game after defeating the Los Angeles Rams Saturday.
The college football national championship game will be played tonight in Atlanta. The game will feature to South Eastern Conference rivals in Alabama and Georgia. It is Alabama’s third consecutive appearance in the national title game. Nick Saban will be attempting to win his sixth national championship, and tie the record of legendary Alabama head coach Paul “Bear” Bryant. Kick-off is 8pm.
North Dakota State won the Football Championship Series national championship with a 17-13 victory over James Madison Saturday.
