Geraldine “Jerri” Ciletti Moletz, age 81, of Prospect, passed away late Friday morning at the Butler Memorial Hospital with her family by her side.
Born August 14, 1936 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Polaski Ciletti.
She was a faithful member at St Christopher at the Lake Roman Catholic Church in Prospect, where she enjoyed volunteering as a Eucharistic Minister, CCD Teacher, Bingos, and a Festival Worker.
She retired from the Oakland Veteran Affairs Hospital in Pittsburgh, where she was a secretarial supervisor.
Geraldine was an avid Pittsburgh Sports Fan, never missing watching her favorite Pittsburgh Pirates. She loved time with her family and enjoyed playing board games, card games, bingos, crossword puzzles, and games on her kindle.
She is survived by her children John (Sue) Testa of Franklin Park, Thomas (Laurie) Testa of Michigan, MaryJo (Patrick) Chappel of Prospect; her four grandchildren Emily Testa, Kate Testa, Joe Testa, Alexis Chappel; her great grandson Thomas Testa; her siblings Eleanor Solomon of Pittsburgh and Joseph (Lois) Ciletti of West Moreland.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Frank Moletz, who passed away June 29, 1990, and her brother William Ciletti.
Visitation will be on Monday, February 5, 2018 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home, 387 Main Street, Prospect.
Rosary will be on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, 10am with the Funeral Mass to follow at 11am at the St Christopher at the Lake Roman Catholic Church, Prospect, with The Very Rev. Philip N. Farrell, VE, officiating.
A committal service will be Tuesday, February 6, 2018, 2pm at the Mt. Royal Memorial Park Mausoleum, Glennshaw, PA.
