A local woman has graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in Texas.
Airman Sierra Wisinski completed an eight week program that included military discipline and physical fitness.
Airmen who finish basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree from the Community College of the Air Force.
Wisinski graduated from Mars Area High School earlier this year and her family lives in Maine.
