Tuesday is the day that Pennsylvania’s Auditor General begins an audit of the Pennsylvania Game Commission but normal operations will not be affected.
According to Auditor Eugene DePasquale, his audit “will be conducted in a highly professional manner and as unobtrusively as possible.”
DePasquale compared this audit with those his office has performed on PennDOT, which did not affect road repair or drivers license services.
The game commission was last audited 10 years ago. The audit is expected to be completed later this year.
