State Rep. Jim Marshall- who represents some southern Butler County residents- will host a concealed carry seminar on Thursday.
The talk will be held at the Evans City VFW on North Washington Street from 6 to 8 p.m.
The seminar is intended to educate residents on Second Amendment rights and the Castle Doctrine.
Butler County’s district attorney and sheriff are scheduled to attend.
