A Butler woman has been charged with possession of drugs with the intent to deliver.
Sanya Lynn Vantassel, 41, was pulled over by police on Jan. 23 on Route 8. During the traffic stop, Butler Township Police say they discovered there was an active bench warrant out for Vantassel, and they took her into custody.
Officers then allegedly discovered a digital scale with suspected crack cocaine power on it and a large amount of money on her. Once at the Butler County Prison, Vantassel allegedly passed six grams of crack cocaine in her stool.
Vantassel is now facing several charges.
