She was born on May 27, 1945 to the late William Fennell and Irene (Ferne) Udell.
Anna attended Butler High School and later worked at Garden Gate and Roxy’s Diner. She enjoyed crafts, puzzles, and quilting. She had a special love for dachshunds, hummingbirds, and angels.
She is survived by her husband, William “Dave” Curtis, whom she married on March 29, 1986; sons, William Shever and Chuck (Ellen) Shever; grandchildren, Eric, Amanda, Amber, Kevin, Cassie, and Chelsea, 11 great grandchildren, brother, David Fennell and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Johnny Shever, sisters, Catherine Jack, Marlene Green , and Joyce Sasse, and niece, Cindy Fletcher.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. with a funeral service immediately following at 7:00 P.M., with Pastor David Phillips officiating, at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 E. North Street, Butler, PA 16001.
A private burial will be held at Greenlawn Burial Estates.
