Butler County Community College is receiving funding from the state to help dual-enrollment students pay for classes.
BC3 received $347,000 for their dual-enrollment program, which allows high school students to earn college credits.
BC3 officials say the program continues to grow in popularity.
Next year every school district in Butler County will be able to take part in the dual-enrollment program.
In total $21 million has been spent on this program in the last three years and the governor is looking to continue it in the 2026-27 state budget.
