The Butler County Community College women’s volleyball team improved to 13-0 this season with their 12th sweep of a team Friday following a 3-0 win over Pennsylvania Highlands Community College. All-American middle hitter Josie Russo had 13 kills to lead the Lady Pioneers in Johnstown. Sarah Lucas and Summer Haney had eight digs each. Setter Anora Robare had 13 assists, seven digs and four service aces.
BC3 is ranked sixth in the nation currently – and have not lost a set since August 23rd. They play a doubleheader this Saturday in West Virginia.
