Cocktails could soon be on tap in Pennsylvania.
After passing through the state house with bipartisan support a bill that would change state law by redefining what it means to be a premixed keg cocktail.
Current law prohibits “keg cocktails” from being stored for more than 24 hours. But according to the bill’s memo, a new product has increased the shelf life of keg cocktails.
36 states have already allowed for these kegs.
After passing by a vote of 150 to 53 the bill will now move to the senate which returns to session on October 27.
