Ryan Blaney won the Saturday night race at Daytona International Speedway in a dramatic last-lap finish. Blaney was outside of the top 10 with two laps remaining, and worked his way past Cole Custer for the win. Blaney’s win was his second of this season, and also locked Alex Bowman into the Cup Series playoffs. The first of 10 playoff races will begin Sunday night at Darlington Raceway.
Custer was one of four drivers behind Blaney who had not won a race this season, and could have made the post-season.
