Brenda Montgomery, 15, of Butler tragically passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2026. She was born in Butler on November 12, 2010, to James Montgomery Jr and Ariana Koziar.
Brenda loved to be uniquely herself and cherished time with her family and friends. She was known for her vibrant, creative, and outgoing young soul. Her love of music and her radiant spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Brenda is survived by her parents, siblings; Wesley Montgomery and Maggie Koziar. She is also survived by her paternal grandfather, James Montgomery Sr and maternal grandfather, Bryan Koziar; as well as many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Brenda was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Brenda Montgomery and her maternal grandmother, Kathleen Koziar.
