Burt P. “Buzz” Pisor Jr., 63, of Turnipole, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2026 at home surrounded by family and loved ones.
Born June 5, 1962. in Brookville, he was the son of Burt P. Pisor Sr. (Linda) of Bruin and the late Amanda M. Claypoole Pisor.
He attended East Forest school up until he was 17. Following that time, he worked as a mechanic for over 40 years. He loved tinkering with cars, bikes, 4 wheelers, lawn mowers and more. He could fix and re-build just about anything you put in front of him.
He also loved riding his motorcycle. He had many over the years. Buzz enjoyed being in the woods where he could hunt for the biggest buck he could find. He loved hunting more than anything and enjoyed taking his brothers, his kids, step grandkids, his friends and anyone else that would take the time to hunt with him. It was one of his greatest passions.
He was married to his first wife Pamela J. Spiker Pisor of Butler for 16 years then later married his second wife the late Trisha Terwint Porter of Callensburgh for a short time before her passing.
He is survived by his father Burt P. Pisor Sr., his children Amanda E. Pisor of Oil City, Jesse J Pisor(Tonya) and Chris L. Pisor of Butler, his grandkids Kaley Jones, Mackenzie, Zack and Tyler Evans, his step grandkids Chucky, Josh, Bryan, Mikey and Cody, his siblings John Pisor(Missy) of Shippenville, Mary Ann Risinger(Randy) of Parker, Florence Dinger(George) of Templeton and Donna Bier(Ray) of Cranberry along with numerous nieces and nephews who all loved him very much.
He is preceded in death by his mother Amanda M. Claypoole, his sister Mildred Blom and his brother Howard David Pisor.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 5-7 PM at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 NEW CASTLE RD. BUTLER, PA 16001. WWW.SPENCERGEIBEL.COM. A prayer service will immediately follow in the funeral home. Burial will be held privately at Bear Creek Cemetery in Petrolia.
