A Butler man accused of three robberies is now officially facing charges in all three cases.
Erik Cupps was accused of two separate robberies that happened at the Fairground Market in Prospect Bourgh last year and on New Year’s Day.
Cupps was also implicated in a robbery at the Salvation Army Thrift Store in Center Township on December 16th in charging documents related to the previous robberies.
He’s accused of stealing two keys and $1,148 from the Salvation Army. Police connected Cupps to all three robberies through the clothing he wore, security cameras, and vehicles.
In the new case Cupps has been charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property.
Cupps is currently being held in the Butler County Prison as he awaits his trial.
