At least one person was seriously injured as a result of an accident Friday afternoon in Butler Township.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center at 2:20 p.m. for a crash in the Benevan Square area near Chipotle.
Crews from Butler Township, the Butler VA, Butler City, and Butler Ambulance responded to the scene to find two vehicles involved including one on its side.
One person was entrapped and a Life Flight helicopter was called to land at the New Castle Road VA for medical transport to Pittsburgh of a motorist with unknown injuries.
