Calvin L. Edinger, 84, of Butler, PA, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025 in Florida.
He was born March 11, 1941 in Butler, PA, the son of the late Calvin Leroy Edinger and Helen (Shoup) Edinger.
Calvin was a member of the North St. Christian Church and a veteran of the US Army. He retired from Armco after 40 years service. He was a former owner of the Berry Patch in Butler and Grove City. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #272. He loved camping, collecting antiques and Christmas.
Surviving are wife of 61 years, Mildred Pearl (Hogg) Edinger; a son, Robert (Peggy) Edinger of Pittsburgh; 2 daughters, Rhonda (Ben) Douthett of Butler and Fauna (David) Hamblen of Butler, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 sisters.
Friends will be received at Young Funeral Home, Ltd., 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, on Monday, December 1, 2025 from 10 AM until time of service at 12 PM.
Interment will follow in the West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
