Crews are on the scene of a crash on Route 422 in Butler Township this morning.
The accident happened around 7:30 a.m. at Route 422 and Greenwood Drive.
Dispatchers say a vehicle crashed into the back of a tractor-trailer.
The initial call said the driver of the car suffered a head and chest injury.
Drivers may see delays.
