Chad E. Black

Chad E. Black, 54, of Butler passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Butler Memorial Hospital. He was born in Sharon, PA to Shirley (Black) Zuchowski and Jan Zuchowski on March 23, 1971. He was married to Billie Jo (Bartley) Black for 4 years. Chad loved to build RC cars and collecting hot wheels until his health started to decline. He is survived by his wife, mother, stepdad, daughter, Samantha (Mitch) Dietz; son, Joshua Black; stepsons Coltin and Tanner Bartley; stepbrother of Tammy Bartley and Tracy Richardson; grandpa of Jon and Willow Dietz; son-in-law of Roger Bartley; special niece, Maggie Koziar; nephew of Sandy Bauer and Bob Marks, Kenneth and Judy Tressler. Chad is also survived by his fur babies, Ceasar and Cali. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Florence and Donald Williams, and his mother-in-law’s, Carole (Burns) Bartley and Joan Bartley.
