Charles “Chuck/Ed” Davis, 77, of Butler passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. He was born in Pittsburgh on November 16, 1948, to the late Charles and Hilda (Moser) Davis. Chuck graduated from Knoch High School.
Chuck was known for being hardworking, a talented artist who loved music and dogs. He was a car enthusiast and loved to spend his free time restoring classic cars and enjoyed his Harleys. Chuck loved camping and boating at his camp in Tionesta.
Chuck is survived by his children, Kristy (Doug Hall) Davis and Charles “Joe” (Brady) Davis; loving grandfather of Madyson, Kaydence, Leo, Enzo, Stella and Nico. He is also survived by his beloved dog, Taffy and his previous wife, Cindy Davis.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, from 5-7 PM at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 NEW CASTLE RD. BUTLER, PA 16001. WWW.SPENCERDGEIBEL.COM. A prayer service will immediately follow in the funeral home. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, in honor of Chuck, who was a lifelong supporter of their research and care.
