A trip through history returns later this month highlighting George Washington’s trek through the area.
The Cherry Pie Hike is an annual tradition held near Washington’s Birthday. Multiple hikes are scheduled for Saturday, February 22nd at the Jennings Environmental Center.
The Cherry Pie Hike takes visitors back to Washington’s journey through Butler County in 1753 as he worked his way from Virginia to Fort LeBoeuf in Erie.
