A Chicora man has been charged with assaulting a minor for three years at a Concord Township home.
The alleged assaults started in October 2020 and continued until June 2023 and would happen every other weekend when the child was with the accused.
On Friday, Brandon Lindenberger was charged for the alleged assaults. The victim, who is now 10-years-old, said if she tried to talk Lindenberger would get mad.
When police interviewed Lindenberger he allegedly admitted to one assault but said he “’snapped out of it’ and apologized to her.”
Lindenberger has been charged with aggravated assault, indecent assault of a person less than 13, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children, and indecent exposure.
A preliminary hearing date has not been scheduled.
