A Second Water Main Break on Fifth Avenue in Butler

Pa American Water crews were called to a water main break on Fifth Avenue in the City of Butler for the second day in a row. At approximately 7:30am this morning crews were called to a second water main break on Fifth Avenue near New Castle Street. The road was closed while repairs were being made. The first break was Friday afternoon near the same location.
