A couple of local townships are getting ready for spring cleaning.
Three events will be held next month in Forward and Connoquenessing Townships that will give residents a chance to clean their home and help up their community.
Two recycling events will be held at the Forward Township Municipal Building. One on May 9th for tires and electronics. Another on May 16th for other items. Appointments need to be made.
Also on May 16th, Connoquenessing Township will hold the third annual, Keep Conno Clean Event Trash Pickup Event. Volunteers will meet at the township building at 8 a.m.
