Butler County is exploring the idea of potentially selling a building on the Sunnyview campus.
Commissioners say they are looking at selling the building that housed the district judge and Area Agency on Aging.
They say the building is no longer needed since the district judge moved to the Fairground Hill office and Aging will soon have a new center on North Duffy Road.
The commissioners recently approved surveying services for the building.
