A mobile home was destroyed in a fire in West Liberty Borough Wednesday morning.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center just after 5:30 a.m. for a structure fire at a home in the 100 block of Smith Road.
Crews arrived on scene and found a working fire at a mobile home. They had to call for additional crews to bring tanker trucks to help battle the blaze.
The homeowner was able to safely escape; the cause of the fire is not known.
