Slippery Rock University students are preparing to welcome the public to a production this weekend.
The SRU Theatre Department is performing “The Winters Tale” starting Friday at 7:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center’s Miller Theater. Additional shows will take place Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.
Based on the Shakespeare classic, SRU students will depict a story of a jealous king and hope from beneath the snow.
Admission is $12 for those with SRU students IDs and $14 for the general public with tickets available on the SRU website or at the door.
