Deborah “Deb” Toward, 71, of Sarver passed away peacefully on Friday August 7, 2026. She was born in Natrona Heights on June 8, 1955, to the late John and Leonora (Gulchik) Peplowski. Deb graduated from Butler High School and was employed at OBERG Industries.
Deb is survived by her daughter, Angelina (Michael) Carson; grandchildren, Kaylie Carson, Faith and Trevor Hartman.
