Feel like it’s been raining a lot?
Forecasters at the National Weather Service say you might feel like that, because it has been.
Officials at the NWS Pittsburgh Office said Monday was the 161st day of the year, and was the 82nd with rain.
It was a dry weekend for much of the region- including Butler County- as we enjoyed a three-day stretch without rainfall. The longest dry stretch we’ve had so far this year was six days ending on March 22.
The longest dry stretch the NWS Office in Pittsburgh has ever recorded was twenty six days, ending on Nov. 7, 1874.
