Getting under way today in neighboring Lawrence County is the Classic Dog Show Weekend.
The show is being held at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds starting at 6 a.m. going until Monday May 25th.
The show will feature various dog breeds, puppy competitions, and more.
The Western Pennsylvania Kennel Association, Altoona Area Kennel Association, New Castle Kennel Club, and the Mahoning-Shenango Kennel Club will all take part at some point this week.
