Pennsylvania is one of six states that are now facing a lawsuit from the Department of Justice after not handing over voter registration records.
In August, the DOJ requested a copy of voter roll information from the Commonwealth, but the state declined and said they would not hand the information over to federal officials.
Information included would have been social security numbers and driver license numbers.
California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, and New Hampshire were the other states named in the suit by Attorney General Pam Bondi.
