Douglas M. Fedokovitz

Douglas M. Fedokovitz, 66, of Butler passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2025. He was born in Butler on November 19, 1958, to the late Paul and Anne (Prokop) Fedokovitz. Douglas graduated from Butler High School and was employed at the corporate office for both Toys R Us and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Douglas was a family man, and was known for being a good brother, son, uncle and friend. Douglas was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 778.  He will be loved and missed by all who knew him. Brother of Paula (Albert) Worsley, Roger (Nancy) Fedokovitz, and Cindy (Jim) Walker; he is also survived by his nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, Douglas was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Hume. All arrangements were made through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 NEW CASTLE RD.
