Eileen Marie Graham

Eileen Marie Graham, 82, of Prospect, PA died peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 28,2026 with her husband of 58 years, Charles R Graham, by her side.
Born March 7,1944 in Charleroi; she was the daughter of the late Michael and Rose Marie Grubutsky Neda.
Eileen was a graduate of Charleroi High School and earned her RN from St Margaret School of Nursing. She continued her medical training at the Mercy School of Anesthesiology, becoming a nurse anesthetist. She retired from UPMC Passavant after a long and dedicated career in healthcare.
Eileen took great pride in her family and found her greatest joy in her role as a mother to Cassandra Hofmeister, grandmother to Michaela Hofmeister, and sister in law to Susan Graham and Zoria Neda.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Ronald Neda, of Houston, TX.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Raisley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, pc., 387 Main Street, Prospect.
The family will have a celebration of life service this summer, the time, date, and place will be announced in the near future.
Inurnment will take place on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 10am in the Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA.
The family recommends that donations in her memory be made to UPMC Hospice.
