A drive thru food distribution will be held in downtown Butler on Friday.
The Salvation Army on West Cunningham Street will be hosting the distribution from 1 to 3 p.m. or until the food is gone.
Each vehicle will receive three boxes of meat, produce, and dairy products as well as a gallon of milk. If multiple families are in one vehicle, ID will be required.
Event organizers are asking those planning to attend to use Race Street to access the Salvation Army’s parking lot and not to start lining up until 12:30 p.m.
