Another food distribution is planned for next week at the Big Butler Fairgrounds but residents can make a reservation now.
The event will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday and will serve up to 550 vehicles. Only people with reservations will receive food to allow for correct planning. Information will only be used to provide food.
Those in need of food will be asked to arrive no earlier than 11 a.m. and put their vehicle in park then unlock the trunk or backseat for food to be loaded. Each car will receive at least 50 pounds of food.
This event will end exactly at 1 p.m. so everyone with a reservation should arrive within those two hours. Those in need of additional food should contact the local food pantry or food bank.
