A former news reporter for the Butler Radio Stations has died.
Kent Bowen passed away Wednesday. After working as the treasurer of the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey team in the late 70s and early 80s, Bowen joined the Fuellgraf Electric Company of Butler in 1986.
Bowen opened his own tax and accounting firm in Butler in the early 90s while also teaching business classes at Butler County Community College and reporting on news for the Butler Radio Network.
Bowen was 86 years old.
