A Mercer County man is facing charges of possession and dissemination of child pornography.
According to Grove City police, 19-year-old Andrew Hines was arrested on multiple charges last week.
A seven-month investigation by multiple law enforcement agencies began after Mercer CYS reported that Hines was having inappropriate contact with juveniles.
Hines allegedly admitted to sending obscene photos to and having inappropriate conversations with juvenile males between 13-16 years of age. It was determined that images and videos of dozens of victims under 10 years of age were obtained through fraud and extortion.
Hines has been released on $100,000 bond.
