A new doctor specializing in cardiology will be joining the staff of Independence Health System.
Dr. Virginia Singla is joining IHS at the Crossroads Campus on Oneida Valley Road with a specialty in cardiac electrophysiology.
Dr. Singla earned her medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Virginia Health System before completing fellowships in cardiovascular medicine and clinical cardiac electrophysiology at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
She is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, adult echocardiography and clinical cardiac electrophysiology.
