James “Jim” P. Doctor, 61, of Lyndora passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
He was born in Butler on July 8, 1964, to the late John and Amelia (Pollock) Doctor. Jim liked to watch old war movies and enjoyed being outdoors. He was a member of the American Legion Post 778 and the Slovak Club of Lyndora. He had many friends and family that he was close to, and who will miss him dearly.
Jim was the brother of Mary Ann (Donald) Criley; uncle of Michael and John Doctor, Donald W. Criley III, Joseph M. Criley and Dawn Wise. In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his brother, John J. Doctor.
