John D. Zelesnak

John D. Zelesnak, 82, of Ellwood City passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025. He was born in Philadelphia on June 27, 1943, to the late John and Anna (Lockawich) Zelesnak. John earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Youngstown State University. He liked going on walks and enjoyed spending time with his 4 grandchildren and family and especially liked making them laugh. John was the beloved husband of Judith “Judy” (Presto) Zelesnak, whom he married 55 years ago; father of Ann “Annie” (Jason) Geisinger and John “JJ” (Jolie) Zelesnak; grandfather of Zachary and Connor Geisinger, Emma and Hannah Zelesnak. Along with his parents, John was preceded in death by his siblings, Jeannine Gioffre and Andrew Zelesnak; and his beloved dog, Fozzie. All services will be held privately through SPENCER D.
